Treesaver is a JavaScript framework for creating book or magazine-style browsing layouts using standards-compliant HTML and CSS. The column and page-based layouts comes with a page by page navigation bar. No JavaScript programming is required and the end result dynamically adapt to all modern web browsers and a wide variety of devices.
Treesaver.js is compact, lightweight and fast. The JavaScript code is under 25K in size (gzipped). So, it loads quick and works fine on mobile devices. Treesaver currently works best with simply-formatted text and images. But is not yet stable or complete. There is no WYSIWYG support and complex tables, videos, and JavaScript widgets might work, or they might not.
