Lenovo introduces IdeaPad S10-2

Lenovo on Monday updated it’s IdeaPad line of notebook PCs with the introduction of IdeaPad S10-2. This mini laptop is thinner and lighter than the IdeaPad S10. Weighing just 2.2 pounds and with a thickness of .71inches the S10-2 will be available at the end of May with a price starting at $349.

The IdeaPad S10-2 will be powered by an Intel Atom N270 processor. It will come with 1GB of DDR2 and a 160 GB hard drive. Other features include 10.1-inch display, built-in 1.3 megapixel camera, three USB ports, built-in 3G antenna, VeriFace facial-recognition, OneKey Rescue System and three-cell or six-cell battery. IdeaPad S10-2 will have a ring pattern on the top cover. Available color options will be gray, pink, white, and black. Microsoft Windows XP Home edition will come bundled with this thin and light laptop.

IdeaPad S10-2 will be available by the end of May at www.lenovo.com and by the end of June through other Lenovo retailers. Pricing will start at $349.
