Space Shuttle Endeavour blasts off, finally!

Space shuttle Endeavour and its crew of seven astronauts are in orbit after an on-time launch at 6:03 p.m. EDT on Wednesday from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida. LRO sends its first Lunar image

NASA’s Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO) has sent its first images of the lunar surface back to Earth. On Thursday, NASA released the first image of LRO which reveals the Mare Nubium or the Sea of Clouds region of Moon.
